The engineered board TOPBAMBOO consists of a 2,5mm solid bamboo, pressed onto a HDF
core, with a soft wood backer. Because of this construction, the material is very stable. The UNI-CLIC system, supplied with paraffin, makes it very easy to install.

Bamboo X-Treme Decking

The BAMBOO X-TremeTM decking is a heat treated high density board, suitable for outdoor applications, especially as decking. There are 3 versions available: Version 1 with a groove (to install it using clips) and version 2 also grooved with a ribbed and flat surface. Version 3 is without groove (for screwing installation) and is oiled on both sides (flat or ribbed), so the board can be installed either with the ribbed side up or down. The boards have been finished with WOCA Decking oil.

Whether a material burns rapidly is laid out in the European standard BS EN 13501-1.

Both for floor surfaces and non-floor surfaces there are seven fire classes: A1, A2, B, C, D, E and F. For floors the letters “fl” (= floor) are added. A1 is the highest category: these materials make no contribution to a fire. Products with very low combustible components are in A2, etc.

MOSO brings the bamboo forest to your floor: instead of cutting the bamboo pole into strips and pressing them together into a floor board, now the ‘complete’ bamboo trunk is used. The wall of the trunk is flattened with a special process and it serves as the top layer of a 3ply floor board. The result is a very robust board with the natural beauty of the bamboo plant. The rings on the trunk are visible in the shape of nodes (on the full width of the board) and even the markings which have been made by the farmers can be seen in some boards.
